The chiropractic treatment process

First things first

The intensive -or initial- phase of this neurological work will allow the body to regain its capacity for self-healing. The nervous system is freed from interference and symptoms disappear.
This is an intense stage, where you and your chiropractor will try to free the pain, improve your lifestyle, target the right exercises to get back into shape. It is a team effort. This stage is pretty intense as it will alter the patterns of your brain’s response to stress: we can’t change the reasons why you’re stressed, we can’t make you change your life overnight, but what we can definitely do is alter the way you react to it.

The stabilization phase

The stabilization phase allows you to regain flexibility and suppleness. It is the time to connect to yourself. It is a key phase, your chiropractor and you will seek to anchor the work and the progress of the initial stage, always as a team.

You did it!

Well done, you’re back on your feet! The follow-up phase allows you to maintain this state of good health and increases your physical, creative, intellectual, emotional and spiritual performance. You move forward in your life by being more and more aligned. The newly acquired state of consciousness and well-being is to be nurtured. Don’t worry, you don’t have to reschedule every week! All the work done makes it possible not to go back to the old pains but new stresses can appear every day: a regular maintenance makes it possible to prevent new interferences and to maintain an optimal level of functioning, energy, enthusiasm, absence of pain, performance.
